Who is this nameless Chinese paleontologist?  This quote is propagandist nonsense.  Darwinian evolution is criticized by religious zealots all the time; that contradicts this obscure paleontologist’s statement.  However, religious zealots, like yourself, don’t simply want to criticize Darwinian evolution; you seek to replace it with a non-theory that is based on Bronze Age literature; however, and more importantly, you seek to replace it with a non-theory that aligns with your valued predilections.  That’s not how science works.  Creationism is bunk and this sourceless quote is not an argument.
